Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including a change of mind or ordering the wrong product. This applies even if the item is unopened. Please review the product name, size and details before purchasing.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has a quality issue, email info@nutripromaxhealth.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request.
We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Where a return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect, we will provide instructions and cover the necessary return shipping. Do not return an item without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time until the credit appears depends on your payment provider. We will confirm the resolution by email.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
